28 digit recovery code.

I have a company phone. It was mirrored off of another phone at first. Yesterday my boss went and got another apple id for me. Once she updated the phone it now asks for a 28 digit recovery code. She does not know what it is nor did she make one.. How do we find out what it is or get it to not ask for the code? Googled the steps but it is not working.

How can I find my recovery key? Hello. The problem is that my phone wants a recovery key. I personally did not ask for one.
