Does iPhone 15 have physical SIM card?

The USA version of the iPhone 15 says it supports dual eSIM only. I presume there is a model available for the Chinese market that has physical SIM support (as far as I know, the Chinese government does not allow eSIM). Can a phone be ordered from the Chinese apple store and shipped to USA? Will that cause issues with AppleCare?

I use an eSIM with Verizon, but also require a physical China Mobile SIM to access bank accounts in China. Apple's recommendation to use roaming with some international eSIM doesn't seem realistic for anyone with ties to China. Without a physical SIM, I cannot upgrade my phone.
