my Apple TV remote control felt to the hardwood floor and broken (a lot of surface cracks) why can it easily get broken? Could you send me a good one if all possible?

If you had the black Siri Remote (1st generation), then that was a bit more fragile than the earlier and later models, as it had a glass component. Some other users have chosen to protect their remote with a silicone case [via Amazon, AliExpress, or others].
A replacement remote is not free; you can buy one from Apple. The current model is the Siri Remote (3rd generation). Replacement remotes will have to be paired.
