Apple TV remote: Electric shocks

The latest Apple TV remote produces statics and electric shocks when using it. When I use the remote laying on my couch and then I touch any metal after having touched the Apple TV remote ( fridge handle, doors handle etc.) I receive electric shocks. This only happens after touching the Apple TV. It happen the same when using the MacBook Pro (unplugged) without a plastic case when I have direct contact with the body of the MacBook.

Why is this happening? The Remote control is the same material than the MacBook Pro

I would also worry about whatever the cable was plugged into the cable can't transfer higher volt AC power without the ac charger leaks the mains into the cable, the normal charging volt is 5volts DC it's not enough to feel, heck you need a 9volts battery to feel the volts and even then only when you stick it on your tongue, so if you can feel current in the alu remote without wet fingers the volts is a lot higher
