Buying Iphone from US to EU

Hi!

I will soon travel to US and I was thinking about buying the new Iphone 15 Pro directly from the apple store without a local phone carrier (unlocked), but when I'll return back home in Romania and still want to use it. What should I keep in mind, besides the fact that if I do this I will lose the warranty?

Here in Romania, the carrier I use has e-sim supported as I saw the Iphone 15 Pro comes without a slot for SIM cards, so that should not be a problem.
