Move .mp4 from google drive to icloud

Wedding videographer supplied .mp4 files via his google drive that I downloaded to my google drive. Need to get them to my iCloud.

upload mp4 video files to icloud I am trying to upload videos in mp4 format to iCloud on my Windows PC for sharing with friends on Mac/iPhone accounts. I am getting error messages that only jpeg files can be uploaded and that files must be smaller than 100 MB.

Download them to your hard drive and then upload them from there.
