iPhone storage incorrect

I recorded a little over an hour long video at 4K 60fps on my iPhone (13 128 GB). The file was about 30 GB. Before recording the video I had used 60GB of my iPhone storage and after filming 90GB was in use. I put the video on my MacBook and deleted it on my iPhone (also from the recently deleted folder). My iPhone still has 90 GB in use (after more than a week). I have already restarted it, done a system update and a hard reset.
