Tv app Spinning wheel

AppleTv app played previews and recaps before a show, then said could not connect for streaming. Happened for over a week. Deleted app in tv, &. reinstalled. Now, when I click sign in, gies to black screen with spinning wheel. Have tried unplugging tv and other small fixes, but nothing works. Can use fine app on my iphone.
