I like to buy a iPhone 14 pro max this week, before the IPhone 15 arrives in 22 September

They are no longer available from Apple online -- see: Buy iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus - Apple

but you may be able to fine one from an Authorized Apple Reseller such as your cellular carrier.
