Tax free Italy pre order online and collect at store
Hey, can I get a tax free refund if I pre order and pay online and pick up at Apple Store?

You can only order online from the country where your reside (where your shipping address is), so if you are in Italy you can order from Apple in Italy and pick up in Italy, and you would not be eligible for a tax refund. You cannot order from a different country for delivery to a different country.
