Water sound like running water started on its own- stopped when phone turn off and did not restart- THANK GOODNESS- was awful to keep hearing it!!!
Just turn off phone - stops it and does not restart!

It sounds as if you may have had Background Sounds enabled. Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual>Background Sounds.
You may want to check to see if you have an Accessibility Shortcut enabled. Settings>Accessibility>Accessibility Shortcut and set it to "Off".
