No matter the browser I use, video buffering on youtube specifically is very slow. Only on Safari does this issue go away. I am using a Macbook Pro 13 M1 2020 model and running MacOS Ventura 13.5.2

In general, add-on cleaners and add-on anti-malware can cause issues, yes.
Remove them per vendors’ instructions, and test again.
Any add-on VPN client apps installed, or add-on anti-malware apps, or add-on cleaner apps, or similar? If so, remove all that, restart, and try again.
