buffering YouTube video

hi! I just got my MacBook this month and I kinda have a problem when it comes to playing YouTube in web. When I play videos it always just loading, it would play for only just a few seconds and continues to load again. I thought the system is the problem when watching videos but I tried watching videos in other websites and apps but it works perfectly fine. the only problem is my YouTube. our internet connection seems to be working fine so I don't know what seems to be the problem in my YouTube.

I also tried playing YouTube in other browser and it works fine. only in safari isn't
