Microsoft Outlook for Mac keeps crashing on Mac Book Pro Big Sur 11.1

Suddently, my app for microsoft outlook stopped working. It does not open anymore.

I did reinstall the whole applications from microsoft 365, updated my billing, paid the annual renewal, restrated my computer but it still does not work.

It keeps sending the same message:

What are the next steps to resolve the issue?

The other apps are working but not Outlook.

Do I need to remove all Microsoft Outlook licenses from my Mac and restart the process again, from scratch?

Do I need to update macOS?

It happened 5 days ago, during the weekend. Nothing had changed on my computer... No updates, nothing

Thanks for the help
