I can't find microphone on Apple Music on Apple TV to sing along

1. The Apple Music Sing function to mute vocals is available on the Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) [A2737, A2843] (2022), not on earlier models. Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support Find your Apple TV model number - Apple Support
2. The Apple Music Sing function may not be available for the chosen track. Sing-compatible tracks would highlight the lyrics fluidly, to indicate the syllable of that moment, instead of highlighting whole lines.

We can’t discuss beta software here, so for anything that may or may not work yet as intended, you’ll have to give feedback and/or wait for the release version.

It will depend on which model Apple TV you have as its only available on the latest Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen). Some songs may not be compatible, go to the Apple Music sing section to verify songs. Lastly, if using TVOS 17 then that hasn't been pushed out publicly yet and issues can still arise while it's still in beta.

Seeing as you are responding to a post from 4 months ago you may not get a response. To reiterate, Make sure using the ATV 4K 3rd gen

Also that you are up to date (17.5.1) and verify the song is compatible. If it persists after reboot then contact Apple support.

I don't have the microphone either and I do have the lyrics showing.

I do have the 3rd generation Apple 4K TV with iOS 17.3

I unplugged the Apple TV for a few a minutes to see if that would help and that didn't make any difference.

All other music functions appear to be working fine.

Using the same song, I do get the microphone appearing on my iPhone and iPad.

I have this same issue. For the past 2 years. Did you ever find a fix?
