mac os reinstall

hello, I came to ask for help, I'm trying to reinstall high sierra on a macbook 15 inch 2010 mid, the disks are formatted, I made a bootable usb via transmac, but when I plug it into the mac and turn it on with the option button, it only gives me the option of internet recovery and according to which wifi I have to choose, I've been doing it for about 5 hours and I can't find out why it doesn't work

Boot Internet Recovery if you have a decent network connection (and maybe then reset SMC and NVRAM to clear memory of Wi-Fi), ask somebody with a Mac to build one for you, bring the MacBook Pro into an Apple Store or somewhere with a faster network, or check with the folks that support Transmac.

I’d use Option-Command-R to launch Recovery. That to get the newest version of macOS supported on that Mac.

Once Recovery is launched, you’ll want to erase and reformat using Disk Utility, and then install macOS.
