I have a Mexican SIM, can I use it on a US iPhone?

I’m about to buy the iPhone 15 in US, can I use my physical SIM on it (not eSim)?

Can I use my IPhone 14 Plus In The US I live and work in both Amsterdam and California. My service provider in Calif is not set up for eSim and still uses a micro SIM card. Can I bring my European IPhone 14 that has a SIM card slot and use it with a U.S. carrier? Will it recognize the sim if I just put it in my unlocked euro phone? The US iPhone 14s only have eSim but mine has a sim slot.
