hello ,
please help ! Update my account or fix it ! U can not update my WhatsApp app for over then 6 month , no matter what card I put for billing info , as well as I cannot download any free and pain app from App Store . I can provide a card number , new , but the system when I tried to download the apps keep there was mistake with a purchase of family member previously . I mean I use apple products for many years , have not had an issue . Please help to fix it I urge you .
