Apple tv crashes after a few seconds while being played through fire stick. Very frustrating and I'm about to just cancel and uninstall. Haven't had an issue up until this point now every time I turn in it works for a few seconds and then says something must be wrong with the internet. I've checked everything and not having any issues with other apps and speed is fine. Any advice? It's been almost a week of this.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Since it sounds like this only impacts the Apple TV app, it may help to reset the app and sign in again. Try the following from Get the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on your smart TV or streaming device.
"Reset the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app
Resetting the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app removes your personal information and restores the app to its original settings. If you plan to sell or give away your device, or uninstall the app, you might want to reset it first.
If you lost or can't access your device but are still signed in to the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app, remove the device from your Apple ID device list."

I am currently experiencing the same issue. Reseting AppleTV in the app as well as deleting the app from my Amazon Fire Stick and redownloading do not resolve the issue. Only after a few seconds into any show I attempt to watch the screen goes solid grey with text overlay saying “Video Not Available: There’s a problem with this video. If this continues, check your internet connection.” I have a strong internet connection in my home but this message has been preventing me to watch Apple TV for two days in a row.
