they come with the charging puck, and it has an usb-c connector not ac charger in the box you have to reuse an older one or buy a new one
if your only have ac chargers with usb-a connector then you can use a usb-c to a adaptor

yes you have to supply the ac charger or charge it using the usb-c port of a computer
it's not the cable which decide if it's fast charging it's the ac charger
the cable is 1meter
it should be in the tech specs but for some reason it's not easy to find for some of their products like the watch
