Problem in "media audio routing" with my hearing device

My hearing device was/is working perfectly with my iPhone SE in routing both call audio and media audio.

Recently I bought Iphone 13 mini and now I can't get my "media audio" - sounds from applications such as facebook, YouTube, apple music, notifications and etc. routed to my hearing device, although it perfectly works and streams calls.

here are some further notes:

• Both settings related to call audio and media audio are "always hearing devices".
• Hearing aid compatibility is on
• The devices are perfectly paired.
• Apple store folks checked the phone, and the phone was erased completely and reset, but still nothing changed.
• It weirdly works with two media audio apps only: Tiktok and Spotify
• When a media app is playing or in case of notification, my hearing aid connects with my phone and stops getting surround voices as usual, as it is connected but a media app's volume is down - but it is not.
• The hearing aid was also checked by the specialist and nothing is wrong with it; it still perfectly connects with my iPhone SE and tested and worked with ipads and with another iPhone 13 mini.
• Both devices were checked and both firmware and software have the latest versions.

What am I missing? please let me know
