How can I stop getting notifications from myAfee?

How can I stop getting notifications from myAfee? I already have f-secure on my Mac. I don’t even have myAfee, and I get over 5 notifications everyday

How to avoid Safari notifications Until two days ago, I was getting just Firefox notifications, as my default browser is Firefox and I had enabled notifications for several events (Google calendar notifications, Yahoo mail notifications, etc), like this: Then two days ago I started getting double notifications, from both Firefox and Safari, like this: I tried disabling Safari notifications, but this didn't change the result. I already have f-secure on my Mac.

Uninstall it. It's worthless, it will slow down your Mac (I measured it) and it will expose your Mac to additional security threats.

Its uninstaller is included with its installer app. Be advised the uninstaller's effectiveness is poor and will leave system-altering components behind.

You have some work ahead of you.

Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
