Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I have upgraded my cloud+ storage to 50 GB. Money got debited, but didn’t get any confirmation email. Also, in my mobile, its still showing storage as 5 GB.
Please resolve this ASAP.

Try restarting your device, (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, often restores order if something is not working as expected. How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Generally allow 24 hours for changes to update, if a restart hasn't helped.
