my apple watch is connected to my old iphone which is smashed up so i’ve factory restarted it. Now i’m pairing it again but it says “do your old apple id” but can’t rember it so what should i do?

Apple Watch won’t pair with my iPhone because it’s using the old Apple ID The old phone had a different Apple ID so when I got a new phone I made a new Apple ID but now my old watch won’t pair with my phone because it’s using the old Apple ID! Wrong Apple ID during watch activation When connecting my watch it’s wanting me to use a different Apple ID that I don’t have access to, how do I connect my new Apple ID when it doesn’t give me the option?
