How to undo “bypass all” for latency warning message and fix system overload issue in mainstage?

I have a mainstage file that kept telling me an audio latency warning (This concert contains plugins that add output latency. This will cause a longer delay between audio or MIDI input and audio output). My sound engineer told me to ignore it, but I accidentally clicked on “bypass all” and it seems to be causing this popup to come up every 5-10 min about a system overload. Is there anyway to undo the “bypass all” and fix the system overload issue?

p.s. when the popup comes, the sound cuts at some times but rarely. sometimes it comes up when im not playing on my midi keyboard
