MacBook Pro freezed after clicking on freeform

Follow the good advise by @brbo for reporting an issue.

With the FreeForm application completely Closed

Hold and continue to hold the SHIFT key and Launch the application

This is a Safe Launch of Only the Application

If it works, great

If it does not work >>

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance 

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

The current stable version of Ventura is 13.5.2, if not already installed

Keep your Mac up to date

Usually, when something goes very wrong shortly after an upgrade (like in this case), it has something to do with stuff that was already installed before the upgrade; and often a long time before.

Which OS did you upgrade from? And how long have you been upgrading the same mac (or from a previous mac)?

As time goes by, old system extensions, agents and daemons may accumulate and at some point fail on a newer OS.
