Unable to add Citi card to Apple Pay wallet.

Unable to add new Citi card to Apple Pay wallet. It goes through the process and at the end it says to contact card issuer. I already contacted Citi, they stated they cannot see my device. Device does shows in their system under old card recently replaced by Citi. I already deleted that old card from wallet. Any suggestions?

Tried adding the new card I received however can’t add it or any other card, just says card not added please contact issuer, tried so many times and doing it through the app or through settings but neither work. Can't add Apple Card to Apple Pay The instructions say click on the button "Apply for Apple Card" inside the Wallet module. There is no such button. Running iOS 18.

Cannot add a new card in apple wallet and old card no longer exists Hello, I recently changed iphone and would like to start using apple pay. I registered a card years ago, but the card no longer exists. When I try to add a card, the only option I have is to add the previous card, for which I no longer have the CCV. I don't have the option to add a new card.
