Recovering emails from Apple mail Time Machine

I have reviewed the various ways of recovering emails abut cannot locate the V10 folder. I am using Monterey 12.6.9. I can see all the other documents on the Time Machine but when I navigate to Backups.backupdb > Your Mac's Name > The backup folder with the date you want to restore from > Macintosh HD - Data > Users > Your User Name > Library > Mail > V10 but when I get to my username/Library/Mail I only get a folder V2 and V9. Is V9 the folder I should use
