Screen Distance is not working

Hello, I was wondering why Screen Distance did not work. I tried to restart my iPhone for a couple of times. But it seemed that it was still not working.

Attention Aware Feature I am trying to disable "Attention Aware Features", actually the option shows "enabled" but is not accesible, looks like section is disabled, I mean looks like the option and description is greyed. Addidtional the option Screen Distance is enabled, but not showing the alert when the iphone is used at unrecommended distance. I would appreciate any advice.

Turn off display My iPhone XS Max has replaced the display. After that proximity sensor not working. Always display on when in a call. Can I turn off the display manually when in a call?
