So I purchased an adapter recently and apparently only works if I have my Bluetooth enabled. I opened my Bluetooth it connected everything was fine until I put some music on then suddenly the sound stopped and my iPhone powered off. Is this a serious problem for my iPhone ? (

If it's this one from Apple then that's not how it works on my iPhones and iPad. I just plug it in, plug in my headphones and it works fine. Are you sure you haven't got some earbuds out of their case and your phone's connecting to them? Or maybe an Airplay device?
Unfortunately it’s not apple’s it’s an aftermarket one. it’s just really weird that needs my Bluetooth to be enabled to work and I am starting to think that maybe it cares a malware. I don’t know if I make sense right not; should I factory reset the phone just in case ?
