I don't have access to my old phone number

So I brought a iPhone 14 Pro and wanted to log in into my Apple ID, but it's assigned to a phone number which i no longer have access to is there any way that I can change this phone number or do I have to make a new Apple ID?

Also, I do remember my e-mail and password, but I need to verify my account via phone number (with code that comes in message) on a new device, but I don't have that number anymore
