How do I remove someone from do not disturb's "allow notifications from" list once I've added them

I wanted to let my daughter text while my phone was on DND one day. And when that event was over, I want it back to not allowing any notifications from anyone (unless they call twice in a row, which I also have enabled) Unfortunately, it seems impossible to remove her.

She's right there next to the "Add people" icon, but not click-able. When I go into "Add People" she is greyed out and can be un-selected.

I'm using an iphone 12 mini running 16.6.1
