I can't create a grocery list. When trying to create a new list, instead of "list type" field I have "filters". I don't see any other option to do it.

I can't create a grocery list. When trying to create a new list, instead of "list type" field I have "filters". I don't see any other option to do it. I have updated my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 17 and restarted it twice. I have turned on iCloud for reminders. I have reinstalled reminders app. It looks like I have an old version of the app still. My region is Poland, is it possible this functionality is not available in my country?
