Since the lastest upgrade to watchOS 10, I am no longer able to swap left or right to see other watch faces. I tried restarting and unpairing my watch and it doesn’t work still. I have the first gen SE applewatch.

Apple has changed the method because too many users were getting accidental swipes changing their watch face. The new method is to Long Press the watch face, so it pops up the option to Edit. Don't pick edit, simply swipe left to right as before.
Probably best to delete this whole thread then. Seems to have grown some legs. Annoying these people taking an interest in their Apple product.
Agree totally I liked swiping from right to left to get to diff faces because each face has a diff icon or function I needed or use daily. Worst update ever.
