Touchbar not displaying and control strip process not showing in activity monitor

My touch bar stopped showing and went black. I tried to stop the TouchBarServer from the Activity Monitor, and the command line and restarted the Mac. I tried to update to the last version available of MacOs. Nothing worked. I also can't find the "Control Strip" in the Activity monitor and Touchbar, when I try to click on the "Cutomize the Control Strip" button it wouldn't work.

I'm on a MacBook Pro using MacOs Ventura 13.5.2

It's a SoC M1.

On the M1 the best you can do—

M1 SoC - SMC reset equivalent is  Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal

no resolve—Try a SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

no insight or resolve—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Still no insights...

I couldn't understand why the ControlStrip is not showing in the Activity Monitor and why the "Customize Control Strip" button is not working.

How can I know if this is a software or hardware issue..?

I suspect you have a hardware issue —if no resolve from above.
