Face ID not working on iPhone 13

Reset my face id, made sure cameras were not blocked, check settings, restarted phone and Face ID didn't work. Did all this a second time and still doesn't work. Is this a problem with the latest update?

This is for an Iphone 13 on iOS 16.6.1

Contact Apple Support, and discuss your options and alternatives. i’d expect this to be failing hardware.
