SIM Card Failure after iOS 17 Update

Post updating iPhone 13 to iOS 17, its giving me a sim card failure issue, I have tried force restart, airplane mode, re-inserting the sim but the issue doesn't get resolved. My sim is a 4G sim. Any suggestion please

Replacing the physical sim is the only solution so far I was told From the carrier that the sim should be replaced to a new one and that they are receiving a lot of complaints specifically after updating to IOS17

I had same issue with my IPhone 13. Apple support fixed me up in a few minutes by using eSIM instead of my SIM card on my phone. Support said my card had gone bad perhaps from dead zones. So glad I didn’t need a new phone as my 13 I’ve only had for about 18 months and still paying on. Key is to find the right support person that is there to help you instead of try to sell you an upgrade…so happy this fixed my ‘no sim’ issue.
