iPhone Volume goes back up after lowering it completly

Often when I lower the volume all the way down it goes a tiny bit back up after half a second on it’s own. Then when I lower it down again, it goes up again but less than last time and then when I lower the volume it finally stays at 0% Volume.

Volume lowering with music either when I open or close my phone Q: My phone when I open or close recently will go to the lowest volume no matter the app and it doesn’t come but up unless you wait a straight minute for it to go back up. Is there anything I can do to help this?

Volume will go down and back up on its own I’ve been having this problem where when I’m listening to music (spotify or youtube) and every so often at random times, my music will sound like it’s being turned down but never actually is. It stays kinda quiet for a few seconds and then goes back to how it was before. Its not part of the song or a setting on Spotify, so there’s no reason for me to be having this issue. This happens no matter if I am listening with airpods, through a bluetooth speaker, or just my phone’s speaker. This happened on my old phone, an iPhone 11 Pro, and recently started happening again on my iPhone 14 Plus. I’ve checked my sounds in settings, the attention awareness feature is off, and my reduce loud settings is not on. How do I stop this from happening?
