AirPods sizzle/fuzz noise

When I have nothing playing on my AirPods there is this weird sizzling/fuzz noise, sometimes it is there sometimes it is. EG when I go over a speed hump in the car or bus it triggers it somehow and then I have to put it back into the case and factory reset it. most of the time that works but sometimes it still doesn't and I just have to leave it there and put it back in the case, it is way louder in transparency mode than in nose cancel mode but I still have no clue what to do about it. Can anyone help?
