If you need iOS 17, then you need to buy a much newer iPhone.
You cannot update an iPhone 7 to iOS 16 or iOS 17 – and nobody here can "take action" to send you iOS 17.

Had you read any of the rest of the thread, you would know that you cannot update the iPhone 7 beyond iOS 15. Your choices are to forgo the use of GPay or buy a new phone.
