My Apple money was be frozen.

It happens when you use your Apple Account Balance to purchase something from Apple's online store and then you cancel your order.

Is that right?

If so, first find the order you canceled that caused this.

If your Apple Account Balance is disabled, it actually means you have a purchase block.

Then Call 1-800-MY-APPLE, ask for the post sales department.

Ask them to check if your purchase have been blocked by the system.

If so, they'll tell you yes, then ask them to submit an unblock request to their "back office support team" as they are referred to internally by Apple.

i Have the same issue Raicya , my balance is frozen with 2k on it , and subscriptions are now being cancelled including Apple one .

i have spent around 40 hours on calls , lots of emails , lots of promised call backs in 48 hrs that never come .

its been going on for over a month

I also requests a Subject Access Request to determine what might be at fault , that has also been ignored
