Extremely Frustrated: iPhone 15 Pro Max Order and UPS Pick-up Restriction

I am so annoyed that for the first time since I have ordered iPhones (iPhone 3GS), I am not able to arrange pick-up at a UPS Customer Service Center (or hub) this year. Apple states that I have to submit this request through them and that it takes 72 hours to process. I tried submitting this request on Tuesday to be told that the order has to show as "shipped" on Apple and that happened today. 72 hours from 9/21 is Sunday. What's the darn purpose of that? I am extremely frustrated that I paid for this item and I am being blocked by Apple to obtain it the way I want it to be obtained. I have not received not a single update since putting a request in and I am ANNOYED. What gives!? I know theft is a thing but doing this to loyal customers is such a sham.

This is a user to user only forum. No one from Apple is here and we users having nothing to do with order of phones or delivery or pickup with UPS. Sorry, you're frustrated, but there is nothing anyone here can do to help you.


Contact UPS as they now have your iPhone and see what UPS can offer you. Once it is shipped by Apple and it is in UPS possession, Apple also can't control what happens after the handoff occurs.


One suggestion for you. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account. It's free and lets you find orders coming to your address in the UPS System. I found my order days ago on the UPS My Choice page and had you had access to that, chances are you could have contacted UPS and worked this out.
