Extremely Frustrated: iPhone 15 Pro Max Order and UPS Pick-up Restriction
I am so annoyed that for the first time since I have ordered iPhones (iPhone 3GS), I am not able to arrange pick-up at a UPS Customer Service Center (or hub) this year. Apple states that I have to submit this request through them and that it takes 72 hours to process. I tried submitting this request on Tuesday to be told that the order has to show as "shipped" on Apple and that happened today. 72 hours from 9/21 is Sunday. What's the darn purpose of that? I am extremely frustrated that I paid for this item and I am being blocked by Apple to obtain it the way I want it to be obtained. I have not received not a single update since putting a request in and I am ANNOYED. What gives!? I know theft is a thing but doing this to loyal customers is such a sham.
