Demo loop app crashing

Hello, I work at a Walmart in the electronics department and one of our iPads is having a minor issue. Our 9th gen display won’t open the “demo loop” screensaver app. I click it and it looks like it pulls up and the screen is black for a moment, but then it returns me to the home as if it’s crashing (and shows in the opened apps as the same black screen). I was just wondering if there was a way to fix this and if so how?
