after IOS 16 update , my IPhone XS Max 256 GB turns off when I lock it or automatically lock, with active use or without lock everything is fine, who knows what the problem is?
Currently I disabled auto lock and using IPhone without lock as workaround .

Update to iOS 17. That is is latest iOS your iPhone is compatible with, as of this reply.
Update Using a Computer:

I have updated IOS 17 but issue is not resolved. After unlock touch screen not worked and after 5 minutes it get turned off but battery still runes till get discharge.
Now I force fully restarted and avoiding screen lock for use.
pls suggest what else I can do .
