It's Time for a New Battery:

Well, then, there you go. It is the battery is the culprit. Apple recommends you get a new battery when he Battery Health reached 80% or lower. So, get a new battery. So'll be set from here.

Where to get a New Battery:

Getting a New iPhone Battery:

(A.)Contact Apple, and setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, or (B.) see an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area. Be wary as to where you get this item, as you may get an error of an ungenuine battery. So, to avoid this continual message, it is best to have an Apple or an AASP replace the battery. So, where to get a new battery:

A. Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

B. Contact an AASP:

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the battery

Update to iOS 17. That is is latest iOS your iPhone is compatible with, as of this reply.

Update Using a Computer:

Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.
