Few apps works slow, sometimes phone locks automatically after upgrading to ios 18.4 on my iphone 13 sometimes phone got hung or it locks automatically

You should expect your device to lock automatically if you have anything other than “Never” selected in: Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto Lock.
