Why are my husband and I receiving each other’s voicemails?
After the last update 17 on our iPhone 14 we have been receiving each other’s voicemails. Call forwarding is off and live voicemail is off on both phones.

We’ve shared an Apple ID for more than a decade with no problems - this started after doing the latest update
If Apple would let us have one calendar, one contact list and all common Notes pages, we would have individual Apple IDs, but they DON’T
That’s ridiculous. Everything else we use as a family is shared. I’m not going to stop sharing our ID because Apple decided our phone messages weren’t private. Come up with another solution.
So, if we split to two accounts now, who keeps everything we’ve had on our Apple ID for the past two decades?
You're sharing the same AppleID.
Don't do that.

You cannot go backwards. Downgrading has never been supported by Apple.
Considering my husband is now getting my voicemails from my doctors off with medical information creating a HIPAA violation, Apple needs to rethink this
If you don't separate your AppleIDs, everything will remain shared.
