Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Question mark cannot solve and then shut down. The laptop cannot turn on.

When I daily use, the device suddenly appear a question mark. Tell me to follow the steps of restore. When I use other MacBook and downloaded the apple configuration to restore, for the last step it appear error. And then appear the picture which is attached. Then cannot turn on.

MacBook Air, macOS 13.2

Appears to be a hardware failure.


In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
