3 in 1 charging stations not working after ios10 update

After updating to WatchOS 10, both my wife and my 3 in 1 charging station stopped working with watch charge functions. We have different 3-in-1 brands of charging devices that worked before WatchOS push. the apple charging fob works still.

Anyone else seeing this? Mine is Apple watch series 7 and my wife is Apple watch series 6.
