Series 9 watch will not pair with Iphone 13 pro

It sais the operating system on the Iphone is to old, but I have updates to 16,7

Thanks! I finally figured it out myself. It said you needed 16,7, but you actually need 17.

Apple watch Series 9 can't connect. I just got a apple watch series 9. I have a Iphone 13 with iOS 17.3.1 and it says my watch cant connect and that it needs a newer version of iOS. What do i need to do to get it to work.

You need to be running IOS 17 on your iPhone.
