existing message threads haven't appeared
started up my Iphone15 ProMax.....everything looks good from my Icloud backup ----- except my existing message threads haven't appeared
any suggestions?

If you'd like to move messages to a new device, you'll first want to determine where you're storing them. Do you keep them stored directly to the device, or do you use the Messages in iCloud service to store them in iCloud?
If you store them on the device, then you'll want to create a backup of your current device then restore that backup to the new device.

If you store them in iCloud, then you'll want to sign in to your iCloud account at the top of the Settings menu on the new device, then turn on the Messages in iCloud service.
